Consent to personal data processing

By submitting an application, filling out any feedback forms on the website, and clicking the form submission button, the user accepts this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter — Consent).

Acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest, and confirming their legal capacity, the User gives consent to the Site Administration Heihe Zhenmei Dental (hereinafter — the Operator) for the processing of their personal data under the following conditions:

  • Data on requested dental services and comment texts.
  • User data (location information; OS type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source from which the user came to the site; OS and browser language; information about visited pages and actions on them; IP address; cookies).

2. Purpose of personal data processing:

User consultation, appointment scheduling, preparation of a preliminary treatment plan, provision of information on clinic services in Heihe, and feedback.

3. Basis for personal data processing:

Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data'; this User Consent.

4. List of actions with personal data:

During processing, the following actions will be performed with personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deletion; destruction of personal data.

Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

5. Consent validity period

Consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until it is revoked by the User.

Consent may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending a written request or an email to the Operator's contacts specified on the website. In case of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator ceases data processing and destroys it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal.
